At the NCFM, partnership with industry is at the heart of our research and innovation agenda and we work with businesses to address the key challenges. Core research areas of Robotics and Automation, Food Safety and Microbiology, Advanced Food Processing Technologies, and Food Supply Chain Development, reflect the sector’s priorities.
Renowned for our industry expertise, with outstanding facilities, including a Food Factory Research and Training Centre, Technical Research and Innovation Centre and a Food Manufacturing Digital Technologies Centre soon to open on the South Lincolnshire Food Enterprise Zone, we are always keen to explore new opportunities to support the sector.
