Food Safety Committee

The Food Safety Committee (FSC) enables FDF members to stay up to date with food safety issues and regulatory developments that affect, or have the potential to affect, the UK food and drink manufacturing industry.

Food Contact Materials Committee

The Food Contact Materials (FCM) Committee leads on issues relating to materials and substances intended to come into contact with food and drink and which affect the interests of the UK manufacturing industry.

Food Ingredients Committee

The Food Ingredients (FIG) Committee covers issues relating to food ingredients and food improvement agents which affect, or have the potential to affect, the interests of UK food and drink manufacturers.

Food Microbiology Committee

The Food Microbiology (MIC) Committee works on topics related to food microbiology, food hygiene and food safety management which are of interest to the UK food and drink manufacturing industry. 

Residues and Contaminants Committee

The Residues and Contaminants Committee (RAC) covers issues relating to the safety of chemical residues and contaminants which affect, or have the potential to affect, the interests of consumers, UK food and drink manufacturers and their supply chains.
