The Food Safety Committee Interim call will take place on Thursday 15 September from 2-3pm.
This will be a virtual meeting with participation by remote access only.
The key discussions will be on:
- FDF’s position on ultra-processed foods
- FSA’s initial plans for a two-tier system for the future regulatory framework for Precision Bred Organisms
- FDF’s initial scoping of food safety and policy issues related to net zero and the cost-of-living crisis
