The FDF Food Microbiology (MIC) Committee will take place on Wednesday 18 October 2023, from 10am until 1pm. This meeting will be set up as a hybrid meeting allowing both physical in-person attendance and virtual participation via MS Teams.

Dr Anthony Wilson, Microbiological Risk Assessment Team Leader, from the FSA will be attending to talk about FSA’s approach to handling viral food safety incidents and viral risk assessment and management. Trevor Phister from Pepsico will also attend to give an update on Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CCFH).
