FDF’s Autumn Statement Submission - update

With the government set to update on their economic plans in tomorrow’s Autumns Statement, food and drink manufacturers call on the Chancellor to:

"Make full expensing a permanent feature of the UK tax system. We need long-term certainty to encourage investment in vital robotics and automation, digitalisation and major decarbonisation projects. This will drive future sustainable growth, boost productivity and create more higher-skilled jobs across the country."
