As a Compleat School Ambassador, Ashleigh has engaged with over 1,400 students, promoting the industry and inspiring future talent to join our business. She furthered this passion as a creator and founding member of the Future Talent Network. This provides invaluable support and guidance to young professionals within Compleat’s sites, by providing a network for personal and professional development through events and online activity.
Ashleigh has recently been promoted to a Senior HR Advisor and is now playing a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance across the Nottingham site. She supports in overseeing employee relations, facilitating performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
She is a trusted resource for both our employees and managers, offering guidance on various HR matters and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support our site and wider group goals. One of Ashleigh’s biggest strengths is her passion and drive for continual development. To expand her skills, she participated in The Prince's Trust Million Makers project where she played a pivotal role for corporate social responsibility efforts.
