Root to Retail: Unlocking Business Potential Through Nature-Positive Supply Chains
In the dynamic world of food & drink manufacturing, ensuring a robust safety culture is challenging, particularly when teams are dispersed across various locations, working remotely, or on differing shifts. Traditional face-to-face training often fails to reach all employees effectively and, without regular engagement, key safety principles can be forgotten, leading to unsafe practices.
Ramboll has developed a series of interactive webinars aimed at keeping safety at the forefront. These engaging, practical sessions not only reinforce critical safety behaviours, but strengthen leadership commitment and cultivate a proactive safety culture, ensuring your team stays safe and productive.
Join this introductory webinar, "Safety Leadership and Culture", to learn how you can become an excellent safety leader in your organisation. The webinar will explore the link between leadership, front line behaviour and safety culture.
This session is designed to challenge you to think about your personal role in creating the safety behaviours that you want within your teams. The webinar will present industry case studies, demonstrating how these skills can transform safety outcomes in the food and drink sector.
