The Association of Bakery Ingredient Manufacturers (ABIM) represents and promotes the common interests of UK companies who manufacture and supply a wide range of quality ingredients to the baking industry. First established in 1917 as BATA (the Bakery and Allied Traders Association).

The British Oat & Barley Millers Association (BOBMA) represents the interests of UK millers of oats and barley for human consumption, representing over 95% of the UK industry.

The British Starch Industry Association (BSIA) represents and promotes the common interests of UK Starch manufacturers.

The Cereal Ingredient Manufacturers’ Association (CIMA) is the leading voice of the UK cereal ingredients industry in the interests of members, the industry as a whole, food manufacturers and consumers alike.

Federation of Bakers Limited (FoB) is the trade association representing the UK’s largest bakery companies who produce sliced and wrapped bread, baked (morning goods) and other bread products.

The Gluten Free Industry Association (GFIA) represents and promotes the common interests of UK Gluten Free manufacturers.

The Ice Cream Association represents the specific interests of the ice cream manufacturing industry, dealing with issues and impacts to the UK ice cream sector.

The Seasoning and Spice Association (SSA) is the leading voice of the UK seasoning and spice industry and it promotes the interests of its members in all aspects of the importation, processing and distribution of seasonings, herbs, spices and related products. SSA members represent 95% of labelled herb and spice products in the UK.

The United Kingdom Tea & Infusions Association (UKTIA) works on behalf of the world’s major tea producing and exporting countries, UK tea packers and allied UK companies who support the tea and herbal infusions supply chains, providing support and information of a technical, scientific and regulatory nature.
