Lee Shepphard, Director of Corporate Affairs, Policy & Sustainability, apetito Lee works extensively with DEFRA around food procurement standards in the public sector and the current packaging legislation reforms. He also sits as a Board member of the Malnutrition Task Force, a charity that seeks to address avoidable and preventable malnutrition in the elderly. At apetito he is responsible for leading on ESG strategy on a global footprint and has board responsibility for delivering apetito’s challenging Net Zero commitments. |
