AB Mauri launched new ProGrains bread mix for craft

AB Mauri are dedicated to doing their bit to bridge the fibre gap. As part of their commitment, they have created a new line of bread mixes for craft bakeries that carry either a ‘source of’ or ‘high in’ fibre claim.

Smaller bakeries may not have the time or resource to overcome the challenges that enriching bread with fibre and other nutrients present. The new ‘Pure ProGrains’ bread mixes combine fibre ingredients with the latest market leading technology solutions to produce innovative great tasting breads with excellent final product attributes.

As per most developments it came with its fair share of challenges, one being the ability to process some of the new ingredients. AB Mauri invested in their plant which allowed them to maintain ongoing product quality.
