Nature Valley whole grain Muffin Bars are a high fibre snack

Nature Valley’s Muffin Bars, made with wholegrain flour, provide at least 13g fibre per 100g, making them a delicious and convenient way to boost fibre intake.

In 2024, General Mills launched their Nature Valley Soft Baked Muffin Bars, bringing a new soft and fluffy texture to the Nature Valley range. Available in chocolate chip and lemon poppy seed flavours, these bars offer consumers a portion-controlled and convenient snack to increase their fibre intake. Each bar is high in fibre and contains around 4g protein per bar (3.9g fibre in the chocolate chip and 4.2g fibre in the lemon poppy seeds).

This high fibre content is achieved through a careful selection of ingredients, including whole grain flour and other fibre-rich sources. The product development team worked for around 18 months an optimal balance between nutrition and taste.
